TYPOGRAPHY DOES MATTER:
Typography helps conserve the most valuable resource you have as a writer—reader attention. Attention is the reader’s gift to you. Once a reader revokes the gift of attention, you don’t have a reader anymore. Then you become a writer only in the narrowest sense of the word.
A LAYOUTis a design for the overall appearance of a printed page–with particular emphasis on the effective positioning and arrangement of page elements. (In advertising and publishing, the term may also refer to a preliminary sketch or plan for an advertisement or article.)
WHAT I CREATE WITH WORDS AND LETTERS:
I love working with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create my own fonts or manipulate existing ones. I like experimenting with various layers and taking an ordinary object and somehow associating a word to it in creative ways. I arrange a layout that becomes easier to read and more exciting to look at.
